Techno Ved IT Solutions is a software development firm based in Pune, India. We take on custom builds for clients — and we also design, ship and run three products of our own. That second part changes how we do the first.

A team that only ever builds for clients never has to live with its own decisions past the handover. We do. WAFlow, LeadWave and Echo API are products we support, get support tickets on, and improve every month — which means the licensing system, the chatbot builder and the AI integrations we offer you have already been through real users first.
That's also why we ended up specialising in WhatsApp. It's where the businesses around us actually talk to their customers — so it's where we chose to build.
